Welcome! This Reseller License Policy ("Policy") governs your rights and responsibilities when you purchase digital products ("Product(s)") from Soft Boss Society ("We," "Us," "Our") with the intent to resell them. By purchasing a reseller license, you ("Reseller," "You," "Your") agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

This policy is designed to empower digital CEOs, coaches, and entrepreneurs to effectively leverage our high-quality, ready-made products to grow their businesses and generate profit.

 

1. License Tiers & Scope

 

We offer several license levels to fit your business needs. Each license grants you specific rights to resell our Products.

  • Single Product License:

    • Grants reseller rights for one (1) individual digital product.
    • Includes the digital product files, a personalized Reseller Certificate, this Reseller License Policy (PDF), and step-by-step reselling instructions.

  • Pick 3-5 Bundle License:

    • Grants reseller rights for a bundle of three to five (3-5) digital products of your choice.
    • Includes all items from the Single Product License, plus a bonus marketing badge to display on your website or social media.

  • All-Access License:

    • Grants reseller rights for all current and future digital products available in our reseller catalog for the duration of your active license.
    • Includes all items from the Single Product License, plus a comprehensive white-label marketing kit to help you launch and promote the products under your own brand.

 

2. Grant of Rights (What You CAN Do)

 

Upon purchasing a valid license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:

  • Sell the Product(s): You may sell the Product(s) directly to your customers through your own website, online store, or other digital platforms.
  • Rebrand the Product(s): You may modify and brand the Product(s) with your own business name, logo, and color scheme to fit your brand identity.
  • Bundle with Other Offers: You may package the Product(s) with your other existing products, courses, coaching services, or memberships.
  • Set Your Own Price: You have complete freedom to set the selling price for the Product(s) you offer to your customers.
  • Keep 100% of Profits: You are entitled to retain one hundred percent (100%) of the revenue you generate from your sales of the Product(s).

 

3. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses (What You CANNOT Do)

 

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your reseller license without refund:

  • Claim Original Authorship: You may not represent yourself or claim to be the original creator or author of the base Product(s)
  • .Resell Without an Active License: You must hold a valid, verifiable license purchased directly from Soft Boss Society for every product you intend to resell. Your personalized Reseller Certificate serves as proof of this license.
  • Distribute for Free: You may not give the Product(s) away for free as a standalone item. If used as a lead magnet or free bonus, it must be incorporated into a larger value-added package or offer.
  • Transfer or Sublicense: Your reseller rights are non-transferable. You cannot sell, share, or sublicense your rights to any other individual, business, or third party.
  • Sell Resell Rights: You may not sell or pass on the reseller or master resell rights to your own customers. You are only permitted to sell the Product(s) for personal or business use to the end consumer.

 

4. License Verification

 

Upon purchase, you will receive a personalized Reseller Certificate containing your name and a unique order number. We reserve the right to verify the validity of a reseller's license at any time. Please keep this certificate for your records.

 

5. Disclaimer

 

Soft Boss Society provides the digital product files as-is. We are not responsible for your business success, technical issues on your end, or how you choose to market and sell the Products. We provide step-by-step instructions as a guide, but all business outcomes are the sole responsibility of the Reseller.

 

6. Policy Modifications

 

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Reseller License Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
