Check Spam/Promotions and search your inbox for “Soft Boss Society download”. If it’s not there, submit the form above with your order # and the email used at checkout and we’ll resend your files.

🎓 How do I access my course / Academy login?

Look for the email titled “Your Academy Login”. Can’t find it? Send the form with your order email and we’ll refresh your access.

🔁 Can I get a refund?

All digital products and courses are final sale. If you’re having trouble with access or a file, message us—we’ll make sure you can use what you purchased.

🕒 When will you reply?
